Services
We offer pool maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. These services include, but are not limited to, pool cleaning, leak detection, pool repair, acid washing and scheduled pool maintenance. The scope of services provided will depend on the package selected and the specific needs of the client.

Payment and Billing
Prices for our services may vary depending on the location of the client, the size of the pool and the type of service selected. Payment must be made in full prior to the start of scheduled services. Payments can be processed through credit or debit card, bank transfer or check. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the scheduled service, American Crystal Pool must be notified at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure that the pool is accessible and free of obstructions prior to the arrival of the service technician. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify the technician of any pool related problems prior to the commencement of services. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the safety of pool users at all times.

American Crystal Pool’s Responsibilities
American Crystal Pool is committed to providing high quality services and meeting professional industry standards. However, we are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of misuse of the pool by the customer or their guests. Furthermore, we are not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen events, such as extreme weather conditions or natural events.

Intellectual Property
All content on the American Crystal Pool website, including images, logos and text, is the exclusive property of American Crystal Pool and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of the content of this website is strictly prohibited.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions
American Crystal Pool reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services after any such modification indicates your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the services are provided. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
